An administrator can delete a note if it no longer pertains to the plan.
- Within the Client Summary page, verify the correct pet and wellness plan display.
- Select the NOTES tab.

Click the delete icon to the left of the
note to remove. A confirmation dialog box appears.
- Click Confirm to verify the deletion.
