Summary

Print a payment receipt for a client.


When

  • Client requests a receipt for a plan payment(s)


Permission Level

  • Administrator
  • Manager


Things to Know

  • Petly Plans provides transaction details for a payment collected through the Petly Plans application or marked paid externally.
  • If more than one payment is transacted at the same time, those payments will be included on the receipt.


Steps

  1. Log into the Petly Plans application as an Administrator or Manager.
  2. Search for the client for which to print a payments receipt.
  3. Within the Client Summary page, click the Payments tab.
  4. Click Details to the right of the payment for which to print a receipt.
  5. Click Print.
  6. Click Click to Print This Page.


  1. Follow any prompts to print the document.
  2. Close the tab to return to the Client Summary page.
