If an item is marked unavailable within the Items tab using the admin function, it can be changed back to available if an administrator chooses to do so.


  1. Within the Client Summary Page, verify the correct pet and wellness plan display.
  2. Select the ITEMS tab if necessary.
  3. Search for the item 'marked as unavailable'.


  4. Click the admin link to the far right of the item to expand the list of administrative options.
  5. Click the mark as available link. The item is now available to use with the plan.
