If an item is marked unavailable within the Items tab using the admin function, it can be changed back to available if an administrator chooses to do so.
- Within the Client Summary Page, verify the correct pet and wellness plan display.
- Select the ITEMS tab if necessary.
- Search for the item 'marked as unavailable'.
- Click the admin link to the far right of the item to expand the list of administrative options.
- Click the mark as available link. The item is now available to use with the plan.
