An administrator can update an existing note within the Notes tab within the Client Summary Page if needed.
- Within the Client Summary page, verify the correct pet and wellness plan display.
- Select the NOTES tab.
- Click the edit icon to the left of a note.
- In the Note area, make any necessary changes to the existing text.
- Click Save Changes to save the information and exit the dialog box. The updated note, user name of the administrator currently logged in, and original entry date display.
